Chuck Crabtrey

Chuck Crabtrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and information technology. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Hillpoint Properties since June 2021, Chuck oversees a full-service property management firm specializing in B & C class apartment communities. Concurrently, Chuck has been a Managing Partner at CM REI Group since January 2018, focusing on multifamily and single-family investments in the North Texas area. Additionally, Chuck has held various managerial roles at Garland Power & Light since November 2007, including Infrastructure and Security Manager and EMS Technical Services Division Manager. Previous positions include Senior Network Engineer at Reynolds & Reynolds and Network Engineer at Carreker. Chuck holds an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a BA in Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
