Pedro Barbosa is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the HR Director CPO at Garland since March 2019. Pedro's previous roles include Regional Head of Human Resources at Ocean Network Express and HR Senior Consultant at CLA Catering. Pedro has been an active member of DCH-Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano, contributing to the largest association of HR executives in Spain. With a solid background at Frulact as Chief Human Resources Officer, Pedro managed HR initiatives across multiple countries. Pedro holds several advanced degrees, including an MBA from Porto Business School, a Master's in Human Resources Development from Instituto Politécnico do Porto, and a Post-Graduate in Labour Law from Universidade de Coimbra, complemented by a certification in pedagogical aptitude from FDTI.
