Chuck McNeil

Chuck McNeil is an accomplished attorney with extensive litigation experience at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson since 1984. Specializing in general negligence, product liability, insurance defense and coverage, bad faith, Native American law, employer liability, and workers compensation, Chuck has significant trial and appellate experience across Montana state district courts, federal courts, and tribal courts. Prior to this role, Chuck served as a legal intern at Turnage and McNeil in 1983. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Montana School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Montana State University-Bozeman.
