Janice Shen

Janice Shen has worked at various companies in different roles related to human resources. Janice started their career in 2007 as an Assistant to HR Director at UPM-Kymmene and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Executive Assistant at American Axle Manufacturing. Janice then moved on to FMC Technologies, where they worked as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2015. After that, they worked as an HR&Admin Manager at FEDERAL MOGUL from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are the Director HR, Asia at Garlock Family of Companies, a position they have held since 2017. Janice has experience in implementing HR strategies, maintaining statutory compliance, providing advice and counsel to managers, and supporting HR directors in their previous roles.

Janice Shen completed their Bachelor's degree in English from Soochow University between the years 2003 and 2007. Later on, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Liverpool from 2019 to 2021.
