Steve Kline, CPA

Steve Kline, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve began their career as a Financial and Budget Intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in 2004. Steve then worked as a Colleague Store Coordinator/Procurement Assistant at Pfizer in 2005, where they independently managed two colleague stores and provided assistance in the Purchasing Department.

In 2006, Steve joined Rager, Lehman & Houck, P.C. as a Senior Accountant. During their time there, they performed audits, reviews, and compilations for commercial, governmental, and non-profit entities. Steve also provided management advisory services and completed tax filings. Steve stayed with the company until 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, Steve worked at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. in various financial analysis roles. As a Financial Analyst, they analyzed revenue and expense data, identified trends and presented findings to senior management. Steve then progressed to become a Senior Financial Analyst, where they continued conducting financial analysis. Steve'sfinal role at the company was Manager, Financial Analysis, where they supervised and managed a team of four direct reports.

In 2014, Steve joined Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. as an Accounting Analyst. Steve analyzed accounting variances, prepared financial statement consolidations, and reviewed account reconciliations. After a year, they moved on to Garman Builders Inc. in 2015, starting as a Controller. In this role, they managed accounting operations for multiple entities, prepared financial reports, and oversaw accounting personnel. In 2020, Steve was promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance at Garman Builders Inc., where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Steve Kline, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
