Basim AlSaie

Basim AlSaie is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic leader with over three decades of experience, including significant roles as a board member and chairman for various organizations across the Gulf region. They have successfully led companies through complex restructuring processes, including the first in Bahrain to navigate bankruptcy protection, and have played a crucial role in establishing successful joint ventures and growth initiatives. Currently, Basim serves as Chairman for Bahrain Flour Mills Company and is involved with multiple boards, including the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Basim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and is furthering their education in Building World Class Culture at INSEAD and Entrepreneurial Strategy at Harvard Business School.
