Mahyar Khosravi

Mahyar Khosravi, P.Eng., is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including tech, industrial, IIoT, hospitality, health tech, and aviation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Night Rain Ventures since July 2019, Mahyar provides investment and management expertise to companies at different growth stages. In addition, Mahyar serves as CEO of Nitride Global Incorporated, focusing on advanced materials technology, and as Chief Strategy Officer of The Pyure Company, which aims to enhance indoor environments. Mahyar is also a board member and founder of Avro Aero Management, and has held positions on the boards of ROC Modular Inc, Garmentier, and PocketPills. Previous roles include Global Director at Canvass Analytics, where Mahyar contributed to pioneering AI solutions, and various leadership positions at Cisco and Nortel, emphasizing digital transformation in heavy industries. Mahyar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary.
