Claudio Solera is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering, sales, and management, with a career spanning over three decades. After earning a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Fachhochschule München, Claudio began a career at Siemens Automatisierungstechnik as an Inbetriebnahme Ingenieur from 1990 to 1993, followed by various roles within Siemens until 2007, including Vertriebsbeauftragter and Senior Key Account Manager for major automotive clients. Claudio also held key positions at Temic GmbH, Japan Aviation Electronics, and Garmin before founding C²reating Solutions & Partner in 2018 and later serving as Owner and Managing Director at C²onsulting & Solutions GmbH until 2023. Throughout the career, Claudio has demonstrated expertise in account management and business development, particularly within the automotive sector.
