Denisa Oltean

Denisa Oltean is a Recruitment Specialist at Garmin since March 2023, with prior experience as an EMEA Talent Advisor at Oracle, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle across various technical and non-technical positions in multiple EMEA markets. Denisa has also worked as a Talent Sourcer at Oracle and as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Emerson, overseeing end-to-end selection processes in diverse fields. In earlier roles, Denisa contributed as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at AIESEC Cluj Napoca and served as Vice President of Finance and Legality, along with project management experience.
