Derek Badsky is a Product Design Director at Garmin, leading the UX team for the Device Interaction department since 2016. With over twenty years of experience in creative leadership, Derek has a proven record of building and guiding teams to produce exceptional work. Previously, as the Director of User Experience at ghg | greyhealth group from 2012 to 2016, Derek established the UX department and oversaw the creation of digital assets that fostered brand loyalty for clients. Derek also held various roles at Bernstein-Rein Advertising and began their career as a Web Designer at Derek Badsky Design. They hold a diploma in New Media from Vancouver Film School.
