Nici Daniher

Nici Daniher currently serves as the Manager of Global Sales and Operations Planning for New Product Introduction and Lifecycle Planning at Garmin, a position held since January 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing product lifecycle management, coordinating new product launches, and ensuring material readiness. Previously, Nici worked as a Senior New Product Introduction Planner and an OEM Program Planner, focusing on supply chain processes and mentoring less experienced planners. Prior to Garmin, Nici was the Merchandising Product Manager at epay Worldwide and the Retail Merchandising/Project Manager II at Embarq, where project management skills contributed to new store openings and cross-functional collaboration. Nici holds a BSBA in Marketing and a BS in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University.
