Mike Springer began their career as a Territory Sales Rep at Sherwood Medical before transitioning into the recruitment industry. Mike founded That's Good HR, Inc., which later grew into a leading executive search and staffing company in Indianapolis. Mike then worked as a Retained Recruiter at Springer Consulting and went on to hold various leadership roles at Milliner & Associates, LLC and Medallion Partners. Currently, Mike serves as the Head of Recruiting at Garmong Construction. Mike's extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles showcases their expertise in the industry.
