Tessa Kelly, VBS, currently serves as the Regional Sales Director, West at Garner Health, a role that involves partnering with benefits brokers and consultants to provide non-disruptive solutions that drive guaranteed savings and richer benefits for clients in the 200-5000 life space. Prior to joining Garner in November 2025, Tessa spent over six years at Beam Benefits, initially as a Sales Executive achieving top sales performance and later as a Senior Strategic Partnerships Executive focused on national agency partnerships and revenue growth. Tessa's career also includes positions at Ahola Human Capital Management and The Select Group, showcasing a strong track record in sales, client relations, and business development. Tessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Public Relations from Tiffin University.
