Joseph Hernandez

Joseph Hernandez is an experienced mobile therapist and behavior specialist currently employed at TW Ponessa & Associates since July 2019. Additionally, Joseph has been providing therapeutic support as a staff member and personal care assistant at CCRES since August 2015, working with clients under 21 with various disabilities. Experience includes serving as a substitute paraprofessional at Garnet Valley School District, engaging with educators and students in elementary and middle schools. Previous internships include roles at Spectra Support Services, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Conestoga View Nursing Home, and Harrisburg Inner City School District, fostering skills in social work and client support.
