David Owens

David Owens has over 15 years of experience in the chemical engineering and construction operations sectors. Currently serving as the Construction Operations Manager at Garratt-Callahan Company since April 2009, David has held multiple roles including Site Manager and Territory Manager. Prior to this, David worked at Nalco as a District Sales Representative III from January 2006 to January 2009. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
