Steve Hemmis

Steve Hemmis has over three decades of experience in supply chain management and global sourcing. Currently serving as the National Supply Chain Manager at Garratt-Callahan Company since April 2009, Steve is responsible for project management in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and logistics across five manufacturing facilities, collaborating with plant and project managers to enhance profitability. Prior to this role, Steve was the Director of Global Sourcing at ChemTreat, Inc. from September 1992 to December 2008, where responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with raw material suppliers while managing a procurement team. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College, earned between 1972 and 1975.
