Arnaud Gerard

Arnaud Gerard has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Arnaud started their career at GE Power as a Product Development Engineer from February 2001 to January 2002. Arnaud then joined Honeywell, where they worked in various roles from Product Development Engineer to Product Development Technical Leader, focusing on developing new generation VNT Turbochargers for passenger car engines. At Honeywell, they also had regular interactions with customers for technical support and problem-solving. Currently, Gerard is working at Garrett - Advancing Motion as a Lead Engineer, where they have held multiple roles, including Lead Engineer and Product Line Manager. Arnaud is currently in the position of Lead Engineer, responsible for the development and commercialization of diesel innovation and 2-Stage turbo systems. Arnaud leads a team of engineers and technicians in finding innovative solutions and ensuring the best performance, drivability, and reliability for customers. Gerard is experienced in working with a wide range of multicultural teams and customers from different countries.

Arnaud Gerard obtained a Master's degree of industrial and mechanical engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Their education at this institution took place from 1997 to 2000, where they acquired generalist learning with a focus on processes, material, design, and mechanics.
