Binesh Rajan

Binesh Rajan has over 16 years of work experience in engineering roles. Binesh worked at GE as an Engineer from February 2002 to April 2004. Binesh then joined Honeywell as a Technology Specialist in April 2004 and stayed there for over 14 years until November 2018. Currently, they are working at Garrett - Advancing Motion as a Principal Engineer, specializing in thermal management, simulation, coolant passage optimization, and software tools development for high-speed electric motors and controllers. Binesh is also involved in simulation methodology development and machine learning/deep learning for material property estimation and thermal response prediction.

Binesh Rajan attended the University of Calicut from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2000, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and completed their studies in Mechanical Engineering in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Binesh Rajan has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed a course on Machine Learning from Coursera. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Object-Oriented Programming in Java from the same platform. In 2018, they completed a Deep Learning specialization. Furthermore, in 2021, Binesh Rajan obtained certifications in Blockchain Basics and Mathematics for Machine Learning Specialization. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Data Science Foundations: Data Structures and Algorithms Specialization.
