Damien Kohler is an experienced procurement and program management professional with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Procurement Productivity and Functional Excellence Director at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Damien leads global procurement initiatives, focusing on process excellence, continuous improvement, and sourcing teams. Prior roles include Program Management Director in both Garrett and Honeywell, overseeing turbo diesel program management, cost estimation, and supplier quality management. Damien's career began at SKF as a Continuous Quality Improvement Engineer, and Damien holds a Master of Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
