Joanie Gaberell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global HR Business Partner for Finance, Legal & IT and Senior HR Manager for Switzerland, Germany, and Italy at Garrett - Advancing Motion since December 2019, Joanie delivers comprehensive HR support and partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Joanie held various HR positions at Dell Technologies, HSBC Private Bank, and established foundational HR expertise at Iomega and travel-focused companies. Joanie holds a Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines and has a background in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Grossmont College.
