Michal Bieronski

Michal Bieronski has a diverse work experience in various roles related to motorsports. Michal started their career in 2000 as a Freelancer providing graphic design services. Michal then worked as a race technician and junior engineer for various racing teams from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they became a race engineer for rally teams. In 2010, they joined I.S.R. Racing as a performance engineer and junior team manager until 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a motorsport development engineer for Garrett Motion (previously Honeywell Turbo Technologies). Currently, they are employed as a Lead Motorsport Development Engineer at Garrett - Advancing Motion since 2019. In their current role, they lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality motorsport and racing boosting components. Michal'smain responsibilities include project development activities, project timing and planning, ensuring compliance with standards, and exploring potential future applications and possibilities.

Michal Bieronski obtained their Master's degree in Institute of Automotive Engineering from the Technical University Brno, where they specialized in the field of study called the Department of Internal Combustion Engines. Michal accomplished this between the years 1999 to 2005.
