Ondrej Gotfryd

Ondrej Gotfryd is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in validation and testing within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Validation and Test Manager and Test Engineering Leader - Electrification at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Ondrej leads teams in designing and developing electrical test rigs while overseeing electric product testing across multiple labs worldwide. Prior experience includes a global role as Global Lead Engine Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions from August 2015 to September 2018, managing multicultural teams and standardizing testing processes across various international labs. Ondrej's academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague and a Master's Degree from Brno University of Technology, complemented by substantial research and consulting roles in engine testing and development across multiple institutions.
