Stanislav Hahn

Stanislav Hahn has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles in the automotive industry. Stanislav worked at Garrett - Advancing Motion as the Chief Engineer, responsible for developing and launching VNT turbochargers for German OEMs. Stanislav managed a team of engineers and ensured the achievement of technical and financial targets across multiple projects. Before that, they held the position of Senior Lead Engineer and Application Manager at the same company.

Prior to their time at Garrett, Stanislav worked at Honeywell as a Product Application Leader and Product Engineer. Stanislav led a product engineering team in the development of small gasoline turbochargers and played a key role in securing new business opportunities. Stanislav also contributed to the improvement of internal processes and coached the engineering team to meet growing demands.

Additionally, Stanislav gained early experience as an intern in R&D at PPO Group CZ and worked as a Teambuilding Instructor at K.I. Bungee, organizing and leading teambuilding activities for corporate clients.

Overall, Stanislav Hahn has demonstrated expertise in turbocharger development, technical leadership, team management, and process improvement throughout their career in the automotive industry.

Stanislav Hahn attended King's College London from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued an MEng degree in Engineering with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. in 2013. Recently, in May 2023, Stanislav completed a Situational Leadership II certification from Blanchard.
