Justin Steinhardt

Justin Steinhardt has a solid background in business systems consulting and operations management. Justin is the owner of Pretty Good Konsult AB, a consulting firm specializing in inter-organization change, technology implementation, and process design. Prior to this, they worked at Garrett Leight California Optical as a Business Systems Consultant, where they played a crucial role in designing and implementing business systems with a focus on integration and automation. Justin also served as the EMEA Director of Operations, overseeing the establishment and management of GLCO's first international headquarters. Before joining GLCO, Justin worked at WeSC as an International Logistics Manager and later as a Business Systems and Logistics Manager.

Justin Steinhardt completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Society and Scandinavian Area Studies from UC Santa Barbara from 2001 to 2005. In 2003, they also pursued further studies in Scandinavian Area Studies at Lund University and obtained the Tisus - Swedish national language proficiency exam in 2004.
