Alejandro Padin

Alejandro Padin is a Partner at Garrigues in the Corporate Law Department, where they lead the IT, Data Protection, and e-Commerce practice, actively advising telecommunications operators and multinational groups on compliance and data protection issues. With extensive experience in telecommunications law and complex legal matters related to new technologies, Alejandro has participated in significant trials involving intellectual property and unfair competition. In addition to their role at Garrigues, Alejandro serves as the Academic Director for the Online Executive Program - Data Protection Officer at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
