Garris Horn was formed by Richard Horn, the former CFPB senior counsel and special advisor who led the rule integrating the mortgage disclosures under the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (the “TRID” rule), and Troy Garris, industry veteran with experience in all areas of consumer financial services regulation. Troy and Richard are both frequent speakers at industry events. Richard is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers.
