Nestor Rodriguez Perez is a software engineer with experience in various roles and companies. Nestor began their career as an intern at INERZA, S.A., where they represented the company within the Technologies of the hotel of the Future (ThoFU) project. During this time, they designed and developed embedded devices and conducted studies on network bandwidth capabilities. Nestor later worked as a researcher at IDeTIC ULPGC, where they focused on visible light communications and 3D design and printing.

In 2015, Nestor joined Pebble Beach Systems as a software developer, responsible for hardware/software integration for the playout product "Dolphin." Nestor added support for high-end video processing hardware and integrated new video and audio processing capabilities.

From 2018 to 2019, Nestor worked at Fidessa as a software developer. In this role, they contributed to the development of products to ensure compliance with trading legislation, improved data gathering and reporting capabilities, and enhanced the flexibility of the FIX middleware.

Most recently, Nestor joined Garrison as a software engineer in 2019, where they are currently working.

Nestor Rodriguez Perez holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Nestor completed this degree twice, with the first one spanning from 2005 to 2012, and the second one from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a B2 Certificate of English from the Spanish Official Language School in July 2013.
