Martín Capella has a diverse range of work experience in various fields. Martín is the co-founder and managing director of Garritz International since March 2015. In this role, they oversee the company's operations in the USA. Martín also serves as a board member in the Marketing & Communications committee of the Mexican Professional Association since November 2018.

In addition, Martín has worked as a music composer, producer, and sound designer as a freelancer since January 2003. Martín has extensive experience in managing the operations of Casa Mezcal, a venue in the Lower East Side of New York City, where they served as the general manager and artistic director from September 2012 to September 2017. During this time, they were responsible for P&L management, bookkeeping, revenue growth, marketing, and the curation and production of various artistic events.

Furthermore, Martín worked as a professor at CIEM, where they taught orchestration, composition, and the use of software such as Sibelius, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Digital Performer, and Cubase. Martín contributed to designing the program structure and curriculum for teaching students these skills. Their tenure at CIEM lasted from September 2005 to July 2009.

Martín Capella pursued a Licentiate degree in Music Theory and Composition at Trinity College London from 2002 to 2007. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Martín completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Music Theory and Composition at New York University.
