Timothy J. Rocak is the CEO at Garten Services, Inc. Timothy is responsible for the overall operation of Garten, a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1970. Staffed by 300 employees, Garten’s operations stretch from Portland to Roseburg and include 3 facilities in Salem, as well as sites in Eugene and Dallas, Oregon. Garten depends on social service funding for only 10% of its approximate $15 million operating budget. Garten provides training and employment to over 500 people with disabilities through partnerships with numerous local businesses.
