Erik Burgess

Erik Burgess is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and journalism sectors. Currently serving as Beertender and Bar Manager at Garth's Brew Bar since August 2021, Burgess manages staff, enhances processes, and leads events. Previously, at Delta Beer Lab, Burgess gained experience in customer service and brewery project support. Before transitioning to the hospitality industry, Burgess worked as a Data Analyst at Hydromax USA and an Implementation Project Manager at Epic, collaborating with various healthcare organizations across the country. Early career roles included reporting for The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead and Grand Forks Herald, along with editorial positions at The Oracle during college at Hamline University, where Burgess earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish.
