Aaron McEwan

Aaron McEwan is a strategic advisor currently serving as VP of Research & Advisory at Gartner, where they guide senior executives in innovating HR strategies through data-driven insights. Recognized as a top 100 Global HR influencer by Engagedly, Aaron is also a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and actively engaged with the Australian Psychological Society’s Interest Group in Coaching Psychology. They hold positions as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UNSW and a Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University, as well as advisory roles with multiple tech start-ups. Aaron’s previous roles include senior leadership positions at Lee Hecht Harrison and Hudson, focusing on talent management and organisational performance.
