They have six years of professional experience, including their current role as Manager of Global DEI Talent Acquisition Inclusion at Gartner, where they drive top-of-funnel strategy and cultivate relationships with external partners supporting underrepresented groups. Prior to this, Abigail specialized in DEI and university recruiting at Gartner and held various managerial positions in retail. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida.
