Adam Childs possesses extensive experience in account management and business development within the IT and service sectors. Starting at De La Rue as an Account Manager from 1997 to 2001, Adam focused on developing customer service solutions for prominent clients such as NatWest and HSBC. Following this, Adam served as Account Director at Fujitsu UK and Ireland from March 2001 to November 2014, specializing in Managed Service initiatives in the Retail and Hospitality sectors. In early 2015, Adam took on the role of Account Development Director at Phoenix, overseeing strategic account growth and commercial performance. Since December 2015, Adam has been a Client Director at Gartner, managing relationships with high-tech clients across EMEA to align services with corporate strategies and drive financial outcomes.
