Akanksha Gupta

Akanksha Gupta is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Akanksha began a career in recruitment at Planman Consulting as an Assistant Manager - Resourcing and continued to develop skills at Contact Recruitment as an Assistant Manager - Key Accounts. Akanksha advanced to roles at Allegis Global Solutions, serving as Recruitment Operations Manager and later as Recruitment Lead. From January 2009 to December 2010, Akanksha worked at American Express as an HR Executive focusing on talent acquisition. Subsequently, Akanksha joined Gartner, progressing from Manager Recruiting to Associate Director Recruiting, and currently holds the position of Director Recruiting. Akanksha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a BA Hons in English from Delhi University.
