Alec Clott, PhD, is a quantitative social science researcher and data scientist with over 10 years of experience in empirical research and consulting. Alec holds a PhD from The Ohio State University and currently serves as a Senior Principal on Gartner's Quantitative Analytics and Data Science team, focusing on HR practice research. Alec has extensive training in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with areas of expertise including artificial intelligence in the workforce, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and education.
