Alison Sumasky

Alison Sumasky is currently a Senior Research Specialist in HR at Gartner, where they have been helping HR leaders navigate business research for over five years. Previously, they served as a Research Engagement Specialist, where they excelled in client engagement and training new hires. Alison has also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives as the Florida Chair for the Mosaic Employee Resource Group at Gartner. Their past experiences include roles in digital advertising and marketing internships, as well as serving as a senator at the University of Hawai‘i, advocating for student interests and program development. Alison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and is pursuing a Certificate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida.
