Alissa Lugo

Alissa Lugo is a Senior Director and Analyst in the Legal & Compliance Group at Gartner, where they assist C-level executives with corporate governance issues. Previously, they were a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP, specializing in securities and corporate governance, advising boards and corporate management on regulatory compliance and corporate law matters. Alissa earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a law degree from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
