Alistair Kidson

Alistair Kidson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory roles at Gartner since September 2015, progressing from Business Development Associate to Director of Advisory. Alistair specializes in talent management, career pathing and internal mobility, employee experience, and performance management, partnering with HR leaders globally. Prior to Gartner, Alistair contributed as the Social Secretary for the Warwick Law and Business Society, helping to establish the society and organize successful events. Alistair holds a Four-Year (Qualifying Degree) in Law and Business from the University of Warwick, completed in 2015, after attending Hereford Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2011.
