Alyssa Lamb, MBA, CCMP, is a Global Internal Communications and Change Management Leader with over 10 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Gartner, Alyssa leads change management and communication strategies for key initiatives, innovating ways to enhance stakeholder engagement. Previously, Alyssa held the role of Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Elevate, where they spearheaded companywide communication efforts and supported transitions to hybrid work environments. In earlier roles at Capital One, Alyssa developed internal communication campaigns and managed high-priority projects, showcasing a strong commitment to effective communication in corporate settings.
