Andre Bridges is currently the Director (Advisory) for Enterprise Monitoring & Observability at Gartner, with a decade of experience in IT engineering, particularly in high-availability environments. Previously, they held roles ranging from a Senior Monitoring Engineer at Fiserv to a Signal Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard, where they managed IT personnel and ensured operational continuity. Andre's technical skills encompass a variety of systems and monitoring tools, alongside first-rate customer service and communication abilities. They have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College.
