Andy Bilhorn

Andy Bilhorn is an Organization & Operations Effectiveness Leader, Strategist, Practitioner, and Professor with a rich background in consulting, corporate environments, and academic settings. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt and Senior Director at Gartner, where they led transformative initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Currently, they serve as an Adjunct Instructor at Wheaton College, teaching Theology of Work and Calling. Andy holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and has a Bachelor of Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
