Anmol Kaur

Anmol Kaur is a Senior Product Director at Gartner, where they leverage a user-centered and data-driven approach to product management. They previously founded Stepwell, focusing on accelerating social change through human-centered design, and served as the Senior Manager of Human Centered Design at BMO Financial Group. Anmol also founded The Designers of Tomorrow Project, where they created a unique master’s level education exploring design and social change. They hold a BASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and have a background in engineering and entrepreneurship from their time at Shad Valley Waterloo. Currently residing in Dallas, Anmol seeks local networks and communities for growth.
