Annette Dunn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in state and local government, having collaborated with over 14 counties and worked across three state agencies. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at Gartner, Annette previously held the role of State Chief Information Officer for Iowa, where significant achievements included the implementation of a major broadband initiative and the first statewide ERP system. Annette also directed the Information Technology Transportation Division for the Iowa Department of Transportation from 2010 to 2019. A military veteran and long-time Iowa resident, Annette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Certified Public Manager designation from Drake University.
