Anurag Soni

Anurag Soni has a robust background in research and analytics, with professional experience at CEB TalentNeuron and CEB, now Gartner. Anurag began as a Research Associate from November 2015 to March 2017, focusing on secondary research in HR analytics, data quality monitoring, and coordination with consultants for data reporting. Anurag advanced to a Research Analyst and subsequently a Research Specialist at CEB from April 2018 to December 2018, where responsibilities included understanding client needs and conducting research related to Interactive Marketing Professionals. Currently, Anurag holds the position of Research Specialist at Gartner from January 2019 to the present. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication with Distinction from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a PG Diploma in Data Science and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Information Technology.
