Arj Bagga

Arj Bagga is currently the Vice President and Team Manager at Gartner, leading an APAC-based advisory team that provides strategic and operational advice to business and HR leaders globally. Previously, Arj served as a Director at Gartner, where they acted as a thought leader for senior executives and led the Performance & Rewards Advisory practice. They also gained experience as a Consultant at Drake International and in Sales & Marketing at Ecolab. Arj's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW Australia and completing their Higher School Certificate at Manly Selective Campus.
