Arthur Dayrell

Arthur Dayrell is a Business Development Director at Gartner, where they focus on enhancing business outcomes for technology companies through strategic insights for the Brazilian federal government. With a background in Business Administration and Law, complemented by an MBA in Telecommunications Management and a Postgraduate degree in Electronic Law, Arthur has held significant roles across various companies, including TELEBRAS and Smartmatic. They have participated in major projects such as the infrastructure setup for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the SGDC satellite initiative. Additionally, Arthur has served as a legal consultant and is an active member of the ANPPD® and the OAB/DF’s Privacy and Data Protection Committee.
