Ashley Schult

Ashley Schult holds extensive experience in recruiting and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruiting for Global Business Sales at Gartner since April 2016. Previous positions at Gartner include Director of Global CSO Recruiting and Associate Director of Sales Recruiting. Prior to Gartner, Ashley worked at Force Brands for two years as a Career Concierge, focusing on executive recruitment and client management, and at Randstad Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT placements. Early career roles included positions in substance abuse support services, probation counseling, and marketing at Red Bull. Ashley earned a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University.
