Bianca Eldred, MBA, has extensive experience in user experience and digital marketing, currently serving as UX Lead, Senior Manager at Gartner since August 2014. Bianca's career at Gartner includes various leadership roles in program management, digital marketing, and events marketing, with responsibilities ranging from data analytics and email campaign management to event planning and customer communication.
