Caitlin Duffy

Caitlin Duffy, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of research and insights, with extensive experience in both academic and corporate settings. Duffy began as an Intramural Research Training Award Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, focusing on public health initiatives related to adolescent behavior. Duffy then served as a Quantitative Research Consultant at CEB, now Gartner, where quantitative and qualitative research methodologies were utilized to identify best practices in Market Insights. Duffy held various leadership roles at ExecOnline, Inc., as Associate Director of Instructional Design and Product Management, and later at Gartner, serving as both Director and Senior Director of Business and Technology Insights, concentrating on optimizing employee experience, leader effectiveness, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University, as well as both a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from Northwestern University.
