Caroline Walsh

Caroline Walsh is the Managing Vice President of the HR Practice at Gartner, where they have held various roles since 2020, including Vice President and Research Director. In their previous positions, Caroline led research teams that focused on assisting HR leaders in effectively collaborating with executive leadership and tackling industry-specific challenges. Prior to joining Gartner, they served as a Research Consultant at CEB and worked as a Political Analyst for the US Government, providing strategic analysis on foreign relations and domestic politics. Caroline holds a degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, earned in 2012.
